Tenant fees
The Tenant Fees Act 2019 changed the way that letting agents can charge tenants. The below fees are applicable for Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) signed on or after 1st June 2019 in accordance with The Tenant Fee Act. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
