The Renters’ Rights Bill is moving forward, with the Report Stage in the House of Lords set for 1st July 2025. While this isn’t the final step in the parliamentary process, there’s now broad agreement among major parties - meaning fewer delays are expected. If things stay on track, the bill could become law before Parliament’s summer break on the 22nd July, with implementation potentially starting as early as late September or early October.
